Pallet systems

Due to the cooperation with the best suppliers in the market of pallet storage and transport technologies, Logisystem is able to provide comprehensive pallet handling systems.

Main parts include storage systems: stackers, PowerStore system and conveyor systems. As an integrator, we also partner with the suppliers of racks and other structures.

Conveyor systems provided by us are equipped with all the additional devices for pallet handling required to execute a Customer’s process, i.e. weighing stations, scanners, labeling machines and wrapping machines.

 

Conveyor systems

A conveyor system is used for automatic pallet transport. We offer conveyors sourced from trusted suppliers, including roller and chain conveyors, horizontal and vertical transportation conveyors. Due to a wide range of modules, we can develop a system to match process requirements.

 

Warehouse stackers

A Vectura stacker crane may be used in buildings lower than 10 m and warehouses up to 40 m. Minimum operating temperature is -30°C.

The Vectura stacker crane is a device used in automated high-bay warehouses. Currently, it is the most lightweight stacker crane available on the market, which translates into lower energy consumption and slower wear and tear of machine components. The stacker crane is available in single- and double-mast versions.

It can achieve high performance due to low weight and a low center of gravity. The quality of components is exceptionally high. Its chassis is made from cold rolled steel that additionally undergoes heat treatment after welding to remove any residual stress from the material. Wheel geometry is precise, which allows for minimizing the wear and tear of both stacker driving wheels and rails.

Each stacker crane is modular. It enables all mechanical configurations at the design stage. It means that the machine may be adapted to transport different types of loads: from pallets to car sheathing, rolls of paper, etc.

A pallet stacker crane is a device used in automated high-bay warehouses (up to 40 m). The machine has an aluminum mast mounted to the chassis that moves along the rails placed on the floor and at the top side of a stacker corridor. A pallet stacker is energy-efficient, high performing and easy to use and with fast maintenance. We offer stackers from trusted suppliers; these stackers are used for handling pallets in racks of different loading depths (single- or double-deep stacking) and come in single- and double-mast versions.

 

Container/Carton systems

We offer comprehensive container/carton system design and development services.

Conveyor systems provided by us are equipped with all the additional devices for handling receptacles required to execute a Customer’s process, i.e. weighing stations, scanners, a labeling machine, a forklift, a carton forming machine. We also integrate technologies from other suppliers with our systems, i.e. warehouse stackers, shuttle systems and sorters.

 

Conveyor systems

A conveyor system is used for automatic transport of receptacles – containers, cartons or trays. We offer roller or chain, powered or non-powered and horizontal or vertical transportation conveyors. We manufacture conveyors on our own and also partner with trusted suppliers of components and ready-made conveyors.

 

Warehouse stackers

A warehouse stacker is a high-speed and efficient machine used for automatic handling of shelf rack systems (without the need for an operator). The machine has an aluminum mast mounted to the chassis that moves along the rails placed on the floor and at the top side of a stacker corridor. A warehouse stacker is energy-efficient, high performing and easy to use and with fast maintenance. We offer stackers from trusted suppliers; these stackers are used for handling different types of receptacles (containers, cartons) in racks of different loading depths (single-, double- or quadruple-deep stacking).

 

Systemy Shuttle

A shuttle system is an automated transport system used for light loads (containers, cartons, units). A shuttle system comprises a special racking structure, where receptacles are stored, and dedicated rail-borne carts that transport receptacles along the aisles. Lifts are used for vertical transport. Shuttle systems have high efficiency and a compact design, can be stored in a multitude of ways and are scalable. We partner with trusted Shuttle system suppliers.

 

Sorters

Sorters are used in logistic systems, where fast and reliable movement of goods is crucial. We offer different types of sorting machines and solutions that, depending on the flow rate handled, are divided into low-, medium- and high-performing. Low-performing sorting solutions include self-manufactured PTL-assisted hybrid sorters. Medium-performing sorters comprise standard conveyor modules designed to handle direction changes (strip transfer, pop-ups). High-performing solutions include machines from trusted suppliers, such as: crossbelt sorters, shoe-sorter, tray sorter, activated roller belt sorters, etc.

 

Hospital systems

A pneumatic tube system comprises several main components:

• airproof transport pipe network;
• switches that connect individual pipe sections;
• blower units generating air pressure or negative pressure in transport pipes;
• transmitting and receiving stations;
• control computer along with electronic controllers and sensors;
• line distributor (for multi-line installations).

 

A hospital pneumatic tube system offers a number of benefits that compensate for the funds invested in its installation. Efficient hospital pneumatic transport reduces operating costs equivalent to the costs of maintaining several to more than a dozen nursing positions, depending on the size of the hospital.
