The www.logisystem.eu website does not automatically collect any information except that contained in cookies.

Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User's terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the terminal equipment and a unique number.

For what purpose and for how long will we process your personal data?

Your data will be processed by Logisystem Ltd. for the following purposes:

the conclusion, proper performance of the contracts until the end of their duration, and thereafter for other lawful purposes in connection with the contracts, e.g. to secure possible claims, e.g. complaints;
to enable the provision of services by electronic means, including the transmission of information about your needs concerning the offer of Logisystem Sp. z o.o., the preparation of valuations;
handling requests directed to us using the contact form, contacting us for purposes related to the provision of services, marketing Logisystem products and services - until you revoke your consent in the present such processing, or until your contracts with Logisystem expire.

In addition, legal regulations require us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes.

We also process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, on the basis of Logisystem's legitimate interest:

to contact you for the purposes of authorised marketing activities via communication channels, in particular and with your consent via email and telephone;
ensuring the security of the services we provide to you electronically, including enforcing compliance with internal policies and countering fraud and ensuring the security of traffic through communication channels;
handling requests addressed to Logisystem via the contact form when they are not directly related to the performance of the contract;
debt recovery;
storing data for archiving purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating Logisystem's compliance with legal obligations).

Where do we obtain your personal data from?

Logisystem acquires your personal data from direct contact with you (e.g. data from e-mails, trade fair forms). So far, we have received data from you during your enquiries, during personal contact in connection with the establishment of a business relationship or through referrals.

What categories of personal data do we process?

Depending on the relationship you have with Logisystem, we may process the following categories

personal data and in particular:

Details of the company and its address (name, registered office)
Contact details (e.g. telephone number, postal or delivery address)
Identification data (TIN)
Transaction data (e.g. details of payments made from account to account)
Contractual data (details of concluded contracts)
Communication data (data about your communication)

How long do we keep personal data?

We store your data for the duration of the contract concluded with you and also after its termination for the purposes of:

the assertion of claims in connection with the performance of the contract;
fulfilment of legal obligations, including in particular tax and accounting obligations;
prevention of fraud and abuse;
statistics and archiving;
for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract

To whom may your data be disclosed?

Only employees authorised by Logisystem will have access to your personal data and only to the extent necessary.

It should be noted that a data recipient within the meaning of the Regulation is both the entity that processes personal data on behalf of Logisystem and the entity to which the data are made available for its own purposes (e.g. public authorities).

Recipients of your personal data may be:

- entities entrusted by Logisystem with the processing of personal data on the basis of contracts concluded,

e.g. courier service providers;

- banks, financial or credit institutions or other institutions that may receive personal data, or other institutions that may receive personal data in connection with the performance of the business relationship between Logisystem and you (e.g. banks mediating in the execution of transfers);

- entities processing data for the purpose of debt recovery or legal representation, e.g. law firms;

- public bodies fighting fraud and abuse.

You have the right of access to your data and the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the premise of a legitimate interest of the controller, you have the right to object to the processing of this personal data.
