Lifts and aisle trucks constitute one of the elements of the internal transport systems we design, install and integrate. Lifts enable lifting and moving goods between the levels of a conveying line or loading and unloading sites. They are always adapted to the required hoisting capacity, height and stop levels.

When there are no relevant serial products available in the market, we propose the development of dedicated machines. All structures developed are tailored to the Customer’s needs and the specific tasks to be completed. We also specialize in developing advanced drive units that allow for significantly reducing working time.

LABELING MACHINES

Automatic labeling constitutes one of the hubs of automatic system for warehousing. We offer machines from leading manufacturers. Print and Apply applicators and machines are selected each time according to the Customer’s needs. We also extend application functional by adding specific features, e.g. related to labeling from the edge, with the use of a actuator, buffer or air blowing.

We specialize in selecting and developing weighing applications. We select weighing stations for specific structures, taking into consideration the scope, the specifics of weighed details and the specifics of the line where the weighing station operates. We propose a specific device or entire line fragments that incorporate proper preparation of stream of details for weighing, potential error drop and control system (for example a checkweighter).

SCANNERS AND SCANNING STATIONS

Our offer includes scanning solution selection and implementation services. We offer both individual scanners and complete multidirectional scanning stations. They are built based on 1D and 2D scanning heads, selected in a manner that incorporates both the parameters of codes and labels, as well as the labeled products.

For more advanced automatic control systems, we propose to use robotized nests. It is useful, among others, in palletizing slots and manufacturing support structures for repetitive tasks.

SYSTEM-DEDICATED PROGRAMS

Efficient operation of warehouse automation systems require appropriate software. We developed standards that allow for fast preparation and start-up of line control technologies. We can swiftly adapt applications to unusual hubs and functions required in a given project.

The drawer shelving system is the answer to the growing needs of the market. A very small number of transport paths increases the space filling by 30-40% compared to row shelving. The patented sliding system does not require the installation of rails embedded in the floor.
